Terms of Service

Effective 2026-04-25. By creating an account you accept these terms; if you don't, please don't sign up.

Who is contracting

The agreement is between you and CoralMesh Labs (an entity being incorporated in the EU). Until incorporation completes, the provisional operator is the founding team listed at hello@coralmesh.io.

Beta status

We are in private beta. The service is provided as-is, may change without notice, and may be unavailable. Any SLA references you see are aspirational, not contractual, until we publish a dedicated SLA document.

What you can do

  • Run a peer agent and earn credits for serving inference.
  • Use credits — earned, granted, or purchased — to chat with models in the network.
  • Cash out earnings to fiat once your account passes the AML review threshold.

What you can NOT do

  • Submit illegal, harmful, or malicious prompts.
  • Operate alt-accounts to inflate peer earnings (we monitor for concentration patterns).
  • Reverse-engineer or tamper with the peer agent or relay protocol.

Credits, refunds and cashouts

1 credit equals USD$0.01 for accounting purposes. Credits expire per the rules of your active plan; peer earnings (earned_inference) and purchased credits do not expire. Cashouts are processed manually during the beta and may take up to 14 days.

Future tokenization

CoralMesh credits are an internal balance, NOT a security or tradable token. Any future token mechanism, if introduced, would be a separate decision with its own terms. Nothing in these terms is a promise of future token issuance.

Liability

The service is provided "as-is" during the beta. Models can produce wrong, biased, or harmful answers; verify anything before relying on it. We are not liable for chat content you generate or share.

Governing law

Once CoralMesh Labs is incorporated, these terms are governed by the law of the seat of incorporation, with disputes heard by the competent courts there. Until then, EU consumer protection rules apply at the user's place of residence.

Changes

We'll email registered users 14 days before any term that materially affects them. Continued use after the change date counts as acceptance.
